Having grown up in Idaho, my heart has always been burdened for the gospel to go out in Salt Lake City. As church planters would share their burden, I would suggest Salt Lake City for their endeavors. I would have never thought that God would lead my family into Church Planting in Salt Lake City. The city for the first time in many years has a LDS population of less than 50 percent, and the opportunity for church planting is greater than any other time. To help organize our efforts, we have been apart of starting an organization called Plant for the Gospel. Each of the primary pastors have their own story about how God has brought them to be apart of this venture. Please consider watching the following videos that detail God’s leading in their lives. It could be that you would like to partner with us. We are praying for those who would support us by praying, by meeting financial needs, or even by joining us in Salt Lake City as a tent maker.
