So, what is it like getting chicken pox on the road? You guessed it. Our five year old William came down with them on
Monday morning. The first question Anna Grace asked him when she got out
of bed was "What is it like?"
He answered, "Kinda boring." He really didn't have it too bad and all my kids found out what it was like to be home for
the evenings and have to miss out on the Children's Program. Anna Grace was disappointed because she met several nice friends on
Sunday and she wasn't going to be able to see them the rest of the
week. We experienced some 'trailer fever', to say the least.
Different ladies in the church came to the trailer
to watch the kids while I went in to help with music in the first part
of the nightly services.
They were a great blessing and the kids had fun showing the 'new babysitters' all of their earthly possessions. William is none the worse for his bout of pox. We are
holding our breath and waiting for small red bumps to show up on three other bodies. It is good to know God knows when and where that might happen. His grace is always sufficient!
