This past week the weather went from warm and sunny to cold and rainy. Although it did dampen our clothing, it did not dampen our spirits. We were thrilled with the way the Lord worked once again in His church.  Christy and Reba both traveled back down to Indiana to work on mixing our upcoming recording. We were also reminded of the generosity of God’s people through gifts.

 

Early on in the week, the team took an afternoon and went to an Apple Orchard where we enjoyed some mazes, a petting zoo, and even riding some kiddy bikes. (Click here for pics.) It was a wonderful relaxing afternoon – just enjoying each other’s company. The blessings of the week were just starting as on Friday we were able to see the Pettit team for the afternoon. We traveled about an hour to see them and enjoyed the camaraderie and the fellowship. In Will’s words, “A few hours seemed like minutes.”
