Fall is definitely my favorite time of year. Leaves are changing, the air is crisp, and there are lots of pumpkin and apple desserts—my favorite! On Monday, the whole team got to partake in the wonderful season as we packed up the trucks and headed to an apple orchard...

near the church in Belding, Michigan. Fortunately, Klackle Orchards and Farms was almost deserted—their peak time is the weekend—so we basically had free reign of the place. Click here for pics. I think the adults had as much fun as the kids as we participated in our very own tractor derby, a maze, and petting zoo. The temperature was perfect for an afternoon out, and we enjoyed apple cider and doughnuts at a picnic table at the end of our outing. I took my camera and was able to get some good pictures of the kids. Probably my favorite is the one of the whole team in the cars of the tractor train—this was a highly coordinated effort, but it turned out beautifully! All in all, it was a wonderful day to have some fun after the full recording week—and it's always good to get out and enjoy the beautiful world that God gave us!
