the Galkin team! After our meetings in Charlotte, we headed north to Mackinaw
City, MI, for a week of meetings with Pastor Reid Nelson at Mackinaw City Bible
Church. From the beginning, we enjoyed sharing in the blessings of preaching
and fellowship with the church family. Through the different nights with
emphasis such as Mother's Night and Servicemen Appreciation Night, we were able
to see many visitors come to hear the Gospel, and several were saved! Josh,
Caroline, and Reba enjoyed working with the four teen girls in the youth group,
and rejoiced when a teen visitor received Christ as his Savior on Friday night.
As this week was our last full week of meetings, we enjoyed a special time as a
team on Mackinaw Island. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the butterfly house,
carriage ride, food, and ferry trip on Friday morning! For pictures from this
week of meetings, click here.

The New Trailer - by Caroline

<a href="images/stories/update_pics/2_willl_bringing_the_house_home.jpg" class="jcebox"><img src="images/stories/update_pics/thumbnails/thumb_2_willl_bringing_the_house_home.jpg" alt="2_willl_bringing_the_house_home.jpg" style="margin: 5px; float: left; width: 150px; height: 99px" title="2_willl_bringing_the_house_home.jpg" height="99" width="150" /></a>Last week, we had the opportunity to share with the Galkins in an
exciting time--the arrival of their new trailer! I hope this article
will answer many questions that people have about the trailer...I
couldn't even fully comprehend it until I saw it, but it is amazing!
The trailer and semi together are about the same length and height as a
regular tractor-trailer. The trailer is a beautiful white with navy and
sky blue detailing, which matches the semi perfectly! (an added bonus
for those of us on the team who prefer color-coordination. :) When you
walk through the front door, it is arranged much like the previous
trailer. The kitchen is straight in front of you and goes to the left.
The master bedroom and bathroom is up two stairs to the right. With
seven slide-outs, this trailer is much more spacious than the previous
one (which is a blessing for a family of seven).

Charlotte and Fostoria, MI

in Charlotte and Fostoria, MI. We had a great week of meetings with the
congregation at Calvary Baptist Church in Charlotte. Enjoying some
beautiful warm weather, we had fun canvassing with the teens for their
Cola War, which saw many visitors out, and around half of them got
saved! Our Irish concert was well attended, and we enjoyed connecting
with some of the visitors afterwards. Unfortunately, our team (and many
people in the church) were hit with a stomach flu in the beginning of
the week, which caused two of the team members and several church
members to miss a service or two. Everyone is healed now, and we are
thankful to be well! During the week, we celebrated Anna Grace's eighth
birthday, complete with a fun morning at a petting zoo and creamery.
